We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that KEEN Footwear Canada does not offer direct exchanges, so we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to generate a prepaid Canada Post shipping label.
Pack Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping container to ensure they arrive in resalable condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location across the country.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
